We had a very short timeline in which to find a home, due to an overseas transfer from Belgium. Looking for a new home can be very difficult and stressful. Dave Alexander made searching for a new home easier and less stressful. Using the latest technology available, including sending the MLS listings via email, he allowed us to preview homes and narrow our search selection. In addition, he downloaded home listings to his Palm PDA, allowing us to review available properties on the fly in the car. This is how we identified the home we purchased! Our search was challenging due to our move from out of state with Mike in Pennsylvania and me in Virginia.
